The Foo Fighters are set to release a new album titled 'But Here We Are' on June 2 and have release the first song, "Rescued" and it's everything you want from the Foos.
Produced by Greg Kurstin and the band, the record promises to be a deeply personal and candid response to the challenges the band faced over the past year with the sudden death of drummer Taylor Hawkins, who passed away at the age of 50 while the band was on tour in Bogotá, Colombia. The band canceled the remainder of their shows as they grieved the loss of their friend and colleague. In honor of Hawkins, the Foo Fighters performed two all-star tribute shows at the end of 2022.
The lead single,"Rescued," from the upcoming album, "But Here We Are' was offers a taste of what we can expect from the new album. The artwork and full tracklist have also been shared, building anticipation for what promises to be another outstanding addition to the Foo Fighters' discography.
